They troubleshoot recipe questions, share amazingly styled dinner pics, and celebrate successes with one another. Seriously, in the never-ending dumpster fire that has been 2020, it’s a welcome solace of inspiration and friendliness. And people who love eating good food.
But not every new Facebook Community member is familiar with the revolutionary meal planning solutions the Cooking Light Diet offers. Take Vicki Snyder Krivak, for example. She joined the Community and put out a call for recommendations. For what, you ask? Why, for 1,200 calorie meal plans that would help her lose weight.
You came to the right place!
Folks subscribed to the Cooking Light Diet were quick to jump in and provide Vicki with information. Robbin Roberts-Henderson reached out to confirm that Community is a gathering place for people subscribed to the meal-planning service, and even shared a screenshot of some of her menu for that day.
And then Sue Given, who’s successfully lost 70 pounds with the Cooking Light Diet, stepped in to provide Vicki with even more context and assistance.
Melissa Fitzgerald Karlovitch also kindly shared a link to the “terrific” Cooking Light Diet website, remarking that it had “great meal plans and calorie goals. It takes all the guesswork out of it.”
Lastly, Brenda Law extolled the value of the Cooking Light Diet when compared with the subscription cost.
