We’re extremely excited about this announcement, as it’s the culmination of months and months of hard work by our content team. Prior to 2016, Cooking Light didn’t include macro nutritional information regarding sugar. In light of that, our team of registered dietitians poured through the thousands of recipes found on the Cooking Light Diet and took the time to manual update any pre-2016 recipes with sugar breakdowns.
