There are lots of reasons folks subscribe to meal-planning services. Know what one of the biggest reasons is? They’re so damn tired of eating the same meals over and over. They’ve been in a rut, making the same recipes in their wheelhouse until the only tenable solution to dinnertime is fast food. We at the Cooking Light Diet sympathize with folks who are tired of food redunancies. We are empathetic to their plight.
