Happy new decade! We made it to 2020, so cue up all the Dad jokes now. Mine has already started in on me (“I should’ve done more in 2019, but oh well…hindsight is 2020, after all”).

But anyway, it’s a new year, which means many of us have started tackling New Year’s resolutions in earnest. And if data on last year’s resolutions is any indicator, almost half of this year’s goal-setters will want to lose weight or get in better shape. Ergo, they’ll probably want to eat healthier.

This is where we come in…

Fortunately, the Cooking Light Diet is here to help provide customizable meal plans for those folks looking to lose weight and find improved overall health! For over five years, we’ve been helping create success stories like this one. And this one. Oh, also this one. It’s what we do, and we’re excited to ring in a new decade helping as many people as we can to reach their goals.

A lot of people want to know, though: What kind of recipes should I expect on the Cooking Light Diet? Great question! We’ll let our community answer that for us. Below, we’ve shared the top 5 breakfast, lunch, and dinner recipes of 2019—these dishes were the most selected meals of the year. From super-simple breakfast options to mouthwatering pizzas, there’s something for the whole family.
