“Stating that the Diet is not really a Diet but a way to learn how to eat without all the hassle. No counting points or calories, everything is done for you. All you have to do is enjoy the food. You get a daily menu that you can choose recipes that look good to you, even with dietary restrictions (gluten free, low carb, etc), to make life easier and have more time for yourself and your family.”
