When you’re looking for the best diet to lose weight, the amount of weight lost is always going to be the barometer for success. After all, if you’re not dropping pounds, you probably don’t feel successful.
However, in addition to weight loss, Cooking Light Diet members are finding success in myriad other ways. We asked members of our Cooking Light Diet Facebook Community what wins they’ve had using the diet in a given week (2/8/18 to 2/15/18). Here are just a few of their responses.

Cristen Sankey Abrams has lost 15 pounds since joining January 5th, but she says the best win so far has been the excitement her kids now have at mealtimes.
“The hard part is finding time to prepare everything on the busy days where my kids have multiple activities in different directions… [But] The best part is that they look forward to the meals. They call it the ‘eat like kings’ diet because we have steak and flavorful chicken and pastas and Mexican.”
