    One thing we know for certain here on the Cooking Light Diet team? Trying to lose weight and change your life can be tough. It takes time, commitment, and “want to”. If you don’t actually want to change your life, you’ll find every excuse not to.

    Well, that was hardly the case with Texas mom Christy Price. Fresh off a move from Europe, Christy and her family spent some months living out of hotels and relying on fast food. Consequently, she began piling on the pounds.

    Finally, Christy reached her breaking point. She was tired of being tired, and tired of being overweight. She resolved to make a change with the way she was eating, and stick with it.
