One thing (among many) that we love about Cooking Light Diet members is how they’re not at all shy about advocating the CLD when someone asks questions about the meal planning service.
Our Facebook Community is ground zero for these types of questions, and potential members often like to gather information from the members there before deciding to ultimately this way of life.
Case in point: Recently, Tiffany from Illinois posted a question for the Facebook Community, asking whether or not she should make the switch from Weight Watchers.
THE MEAL PLANNING VARIETY IS GREAT
The group response? Overwhelming, to say the least. Current Cooking Light Diet members were quick to tell Tiffany why she should join. This included Shelly and Leigh Ann, who both mentioned recipe variety on the Cooking Light Diet as being great for meal planning.
IT’S NOT A DIET
Anna and Karen, themselves Weight Watchers converts, chimed in with why they chose the Cooking Light Diet. Then in swooped Nancy from Maine, a lifetime WW member. Nancy said the money-saving aspect of the CLDiet, combined with the “It’s-not-a-diet” mentality, did the trick for her.
NO FEELINGS OF DEPRIVATION
Kathleen from Massachusetts told Tiffany that, unlike when she tried Weight Watchers, the CLDiet didn’t leave her feeling deprived. AND she’s been losing weight*!
Bonnie from Michigan said she and her husband have been experiencing weight-loss success via the Cooking Light Diet, too.
DID WE MENTION IT’S NOT A DIET?
And Carolyn summed up the comparison pretty nicely, vocalizing what so many other community members think about this “diet.”
So don’t take our word for it—take theirs! Join the Facebook group today to see even more responses to Tiffany’s question. Make the switch to the Cooking Light Diet today for a healthier, more delicious lifestyle. We’d love for you to join our community. That goes double for you, Tiffany!
